In Smallville,
We all know of that Big Red Barn,
The One still standing gracefully on top of a hill,
Well it might just be another Barn to you,
But to me, It's a Monument,
Where Good times,
Big Meals, Wide Smiles
And all Four Seasons were spent
When I see that Big Red Barn,
Oh' When I see that Barn,
I never forget..
That old crack of water down by the ditch,
Is still a good place to catch all the fish,
But it'll never be as good as it once was..
Shovelin' up worms an tossin' them in a folger's can,
Reminds me that I'm becoming more like my old man..
In Smallville,
We all know of that Big Red Barn,
The One still standing gracefully on top of a hill,
Well it might just be another Barn to you,
But to me, It's a Monument,It's a Monument..
All of the Antique Tractor's have been sold off,
And We no longer own much of the land,
But when I catch that Ol' shakin' fish,
And Swing it towards my hand
I can hear his old wisdom voice,
The one that made me laugh,
And when I look towards that hill,
Where the Old Barn stands still,
I see Grandma walkin' down it with her Polaroid.
Well it might just be another Barn to you,
But to me, It's a Monument,
Where Good times,
Big Meals, Wide Smiles
And all Four Seasons were spent
When I see that Big Red Barn,
Oh' When I see that Big Red Barn,
I never forget.."
